Sam Sawhook
Chairman
Sam started his financial career auditing the SEC, Department of Defense, and Treasury as a financial auditor with the Government Accountability Office. During the height of the pandemic, Sam helped Charles Schwab perform conversions of their bank charters and audit their trust companies. He advised the four-star Army Futures Command and the $30 billion Army Working Capital Fund to remediate key audit issues and was one of the first to leverage machine learning to identify high-risk transactions. He co-founded nth Venture which launches employee owned-companies, including Falconer (which owns Pigeon Service).

Jillian Palash
Director
Jillian spent nearly 15 years supporting financial service firms and public companies via corporate communications and public relations, working with many Fortune 50 companies and global brands both in top-ranked agencies and in-house. In the ultimate COVID pivot, she decided to realize her dream of entrepreneurship and take her love of writing, messaging strategy and business to support as the first Chief of Staff for nth Venture. Having lived and worked around the world including Boston, New York and Tokyo, Jillian brings a diverse, global perspective and has seen what can be realized when you embrace the unknown.
