Can I call a human?
Yes. You'll get dedicated support and here is Sam's (our Chairman) personal cell: 361-510-3444. Seriously, we take care of our clients.
Is Pigeon Service a CPA firm?
No but we work with them all the time.
To file taxes, run payroll, keep a cap table, and most other things for startups and small businesses you don't need a CPA, but we work with great CPAs all the time.
We use tax pros that are registered as such with the IRS.
Our founder was a financial auditor for the Government Accountability Office that audited Treasury and the SEC.

There are alternatives for most of our services but we haven't found a place that puts them all a click away.
Can I get something custom?
Usually hourly support or consulting will get you there, but if you'd like to get a custom service just give us a ring and we can probably put something together for you. You can also recommend new products here.
